Your best bet is to either look through the author index or the title index.
If everyone who wanted to post sent fiction to the moderators, they would go mad! By keeping the postings to members only, it allows the list moderators to keep tabs on what everyone is writing, and also to make sure that nothing that is personally offensive to another member of the list gets posted.
